Jose brings more than two decades of experience in creative direction, graphic design, web development, and design education to his role at Jaffe. Based in New Jersey, he leads the firm’s creative efforts across web, print, and digital media, helping clients communicate complex ideas through clear, thoughtful, and visually engaging design.

His approach is grounded in simplicity and purpose. Jose believes effective design should do more than look good—it should communicate a compelling message, support a client’s goals, and make information easier to understand. Whether developing a new website, shaping a brand identity, or producing a marketing campaign, he works to strike the right balance between visual impact and functionality.

At Jaffe, Jose manages day-to-day creative projects while helping establish long-term strategies for clients’ brands. His experience with emerging technology, digital media, and social platforms allows him to identify new opportunities and develop solutions that remain relevant in a rapidly changing communications landscape. Clients value his honest assessments, practical guidance, and ability to make the most of their marketing and communications budgets.

Before joining Jaffe in 2014, Jose served in art director and senior creative roles with publishing companies, marketing firms, web development companies, and agencies throughout the tri-state area. This varied background gives him a broad perspective and the ability to adapt his creative approach to organizations, audiences, and projects of all sizes.

Jose earned his undergraduate degree in fine arts from Montclair State University and an advanced degree in administration from Rutgers University. He also served four years in the United States Navy, an experience that strengthened the discipline, leadership, and commitment to service that he brings to his work today.

Outside the office, Jose is the proud father of four. His long-term dream is to own a vacation home in the Caribbean—with white sand, clear water, and enough bedrooms to ensure his children always have a place to visit.
