Before joining Jaffe, Joey gained experience at public relations firms throughout the Northeast as well as internationally. Her time working in London was particularly influential, providing valuable exposure to the global communications industry and broadening her professional perspective. She brings to Jaffe a diverse communications background that includes social media management, internal communications, copywriting, graphic design, administrative operations and event planning.

Joey has also developed specialized expertise in the rapidly evolving use of artificial intelligence, data and automation in communications and business. She earned Advanced Graduate Certificates from Northwestern University in AI Strategies for Business Transformation: Generative and Agentic Intelligence and Digital Marketing Strategies: Data, Automation, AI & Analytics.

She is a graduate of Penn State University, where she earned a bachelor’s degree in advertising/public relations with a minor in digital media trends and analytics. While at Penn State, she gained hands-on communications experience through leadership and public relations roles with Penn State Tour Guides, THON, Volé Dance Company, the Student Programming Association and the Public Relations Student Society of America.

Outside of Jaffe, Joey is an avid traveler and remains closely connected to the world of dance. She serves as Master of Ceremonies for Ascend Dance Experience, continuing a lifelong involvement in an art form that has been an important part of her life.
