At Jaffe, she manages day-to-day account operations and coordinates diverse projects and client initiatives. Carolyn is widely known for her attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities while always keeping the bigger picture in focus.
Carolyn’s work in higher education centered on the new student experience and transition, where she managed and directed university offices responsible for student engagement and retention. She led the development of proactive student success strategies and initiatives, working closely with faculty and cross-functional partners to enhance outcomes and support persistence and long-term success.
She also served as an instructor for first-year students in the university classroom, teaching and mentoring students in major and career exploration, leadership development, and the transition to college.
Carolyn holds a Master’s degree from New York University and a Bachelor’s degree from Rutgers University.
After living in New York City, she is glad to be back in New Jersey, where she enjoys exploring new coffee shops and the best bagel spots. But you will often see her in the Big Apple for Broadway shows, museum visits, and picnics in Central Park.
