About Kim
Kim began her journey with Marriott Educational Food Services Division, progressing from Production Manager at Frostburg State University to Catering and Events Manager at the National 4-H Conference Center just outside Washington, D.C. From there, she pivoted into Human Resources, joining NVR/Ryan Homes for the next 17 years. Starting in Reston, Va she spent time in training and development, HR, PR, and email marketing before taking a transfer to the Pittsburgh office. Kim was excited to be moving back home to Pennsylvania to raise her son Justin. She wanted to make sure Justin grew up around family and acquired the taste of Pittsburgh’s favorite food such as Pierogies and Primanti Brothers Sandwiches!
She went on to contribute her talents to the Girl Scouts of Western Pennsylvania and Pennsylvania Head Start, before serving as Account Manager for the New Jersey Speech-Language-Hearing Association through Craven Management. Kim is thrilled to carry that partnership forward as she joined Jaffe in 2026.
Kim holds a Bachelor's degree in Hotel, Restaurant and Institutional Management from Indiana University of Pennsylvania and a Master's degree in Educational Technology from Strayer University, Pittsburgh.
Outside of work, Kim's world revolves around the people and pups she loves most. A devoted dog rescuer at heart, Kim has always believed every dog deserves a great home and an even better adventure. Her current sidekick, Chocolate, is living proof that her rescue dogs get a front-row seat to life.
When she's not advocating for four-legged friends, Kim is soaking up everything that comes with living just 20 minutes outside of Pittsburgh in Delmont, PA. She loves being close enough to cheer on her son Justin as he pursues his J.D. at the University of Pittsburgh School of Law, and close enough to take full advantage of the city's incredible energy — biking scenic trails, joining charity walks, catching games, discovering new restaurants, and embracing all the things that make home truly one of a kind!
