Elaine handles day-to-day account work for some of the firm's national clients, conducting research, pitching media and serving as an eagle-eyed editor, always in search of a typo. Her commitment to precision and professionalism makes Elaine a favorite among clients, who depend on her organization, reliability and eagerness to serve.

Elaine began her career in Information Technology as a systems engineer at a large insurance company in Manhattan. As a mom, she then worked for 12 summers at an overnight camp in New York, while spending the rest of the year handling client service for a title company.

Her passion has always been client service, which attracted her to the world of public relations, marketing and social media. Elaine now serves on the front lines of serving Jaffe clients, always with a smile and the ability to make an immediate difference.

Elaine earned a business degree with a concentration in marketing from the University of Maryland, College Park. In her free time she enjoys spending time with her husband and three children and playing with her Cavapoo, always up for another walk around the block.
